Boston, Massachusetts--(Newsfile Corp. - October 29, 2026) - Block & Leviton reminds investors that it has filed a securities fraud lawsuit against Endava plc (NYSE: DAVA) and certain of its executives. Investors who have lost money in their Endava investment should contact the firm to learn more about how they might recover those losses. For more details, visit https://blockleviton.com/cases/dava.
What is this all about?
According to the complaint, Endava and certain of its executives misled investors about the company's customer agreements and accounting practices. The complaint alleges that Endava touted contract extensions with major clients while failing to disclose that its accounting treatment of certain extensions and related client credits was improper, potentially rendering its reported financial results materially misleading. The truth allegedly emerged on September 21, 2026, when Endava announced that CFO Mark Thurston had been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation by independent outside counsel for the board's Audit Committee into accounting concerns involving customer and supplier agreements. On this news, Endava's shares fell approximately 24% to close at $2.11 on September 22, 2026, and declined further to $1.70 on September 24. Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Endava shares between September 4, 2025, and September 21, 2026, inclusive, may have legal rights.
Who is eligible?
Anyone who purchased Endava plc American Depositary Shares between September 4, 2025, and September 21, 2026, and has seen their shares fall may be eligible, whether or not they have sold their investment. Investors should contact Block & Leviton to learn more.
