Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - July 30, 2026) -  BrandPilot AI Inc. (CSE: BPAI) (OTCQB: BPAIF) ("BrandPilot" or the "Company"), a provider of AI-powered advertising performance technology focused on reducing fraud, waste and abuse in digital advertising, today announced that its previously disclosed Fortune 50 healthcare customer has transitioned from a paid trial into an ongoing commercial engagement.

As previously announced on February 24, 2026, the Company commenced a paid trial with a Fortune 50 U.S. healthcare organization. Following the successful evaluation of BrandPilot's AdAi platform, the customer elected to continue the relationship through its media agency partner, allowing deployment through the customer's existing agency workflows.

The commercial agreement is ongoing in nature and will remain in effect unless terminated by either party in accordance with its terms. Consistent with BrandPilot's business model, the engagement is performance-based and does not include a fixed contract value. Revenue earned by the Company will depend on advertising savings generated through the use of its technology.

During the trial period, BrandPilot's AdAi platform reduced average cost-per-click by approximately 33% period-over-period while maintaining campaign performance.

"We're pleased to see another enterprise evaluation convert into an ongoing commercial relationship," said Brandon Mina, Chief Executive Officer of BrandPilot AI. "Large organizations often validate new technologies through limited trials before integrating them into existing agency and procurement workflows. We believe this progression reflects the value we deliver and the increasing demand for technologies that improve advertising efficiency."

Seif Khemaissia, Chief Growth Officer of BrandPilot AI, added:

"Enterprise advertisers continue to prioritize measurable performance improvements before expanding technology investments. Converting paid trials into ongoing customer relationships demonstrates that our platform is addressing a meaningful need for greater efficiency and accountability in digital advertising."

The Company believes agency-enabled enterprise deployments represent an important component of its long-term commercial strategy, allowing BrandPilot to support enterprise organizations through both direct customer relationships and agency partners.
